• Upon successful payment for one of our programs, you will receive an email containing login details for accessing your trading platform. Once this information has been dispatched, no refunds will be issued. However, under special circumstances where no trades have been placed on the account, refunds may be considered. 1. Dispute Policy

• Clients who engage in improper dispute of charges or request chargebacks through their bank will face permanent banning from the FundedBull Platform. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact us via email at [email protected].

2. Chargebacks

• You explicitly agree not to initiate any chargeback claims on payments made to FundedBull, regardless of whether the payment was made via credit card or another payment method, without first contacting FundedBull. In such cases, you must provide FundedBull with comprehensive details regarding the intended chargeback claim.
• Should you file a chargeback claim, FundedBull reserves the right to suspend any Funded Accounts or Challenge Accounts you hold, and to halt the distribution of any profit split payments from these accounts to you.
• If a chargeback claim is made, FundedBull has the right to reclaim any amounts previously paid to you from your Challenge Accounts and Funded Accounts, including but not limited to all profit split payments.
• Whether your chargeback claim is successful or not, you agree to cover all costs incurred by FundedBull in defending against such claims, including all legal fees.

3. Discretionary Refund Policy

• FundedBull reserves the right to issue refunds at our discretion during both the Challenge and Funded stages. This may occur if a trader's strategy does not align with our risk appetite or for any other internal policy reasons.
