5.7 Additional Terms and Conditions for Lite Plans
- 5.7.1 Profit Split
Lite plans come at a lower cost but offer a 50/50 profit split. For example, if a trader achieves a $1,000 profit, they retain 50%, amounting to $500.
- 5.6.2 Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal for funded accounts with a balance of $10,000 or less is $200, meaning the trader’s profit share must reach at least $200 to initiate a withdrawal. For accounts larger than $10,000, the minimum withdrawal is 2% of the account’s initial value. For example, on a $50,000 funded account, the minimum withdrawal is $1,000, which requires a total trading profit of $2,000, given the 50/50 profit split.
6. User Responsibilities
- 6.1 Forbidden Trading Practices
At FundedBull, we prioritize the integrity of our trading environment and ensure that all participants adhere to fair and ethical trading practices. The following trading practices are strictly prohibited:
- 6.1.1 Exploitation of Service Errors
The use of trading strategies that exploit errors in the Services, such as inaccuracies in displayed prices or delays in their updates, is prohibited. This includes practices commonly known as Latency Trading.
- 6.1.2 External or Slow Data Feeds
Executing trades using external or slow data feeds or performing gap trading is forbidden.
- 6.1.3 Group Trading
Engaging in trades or combinations of trades across connected accounts or accounts held within the platform to manipulate trading, known as "Group Trading," is prohibited. Examples include entering into opposite positions simultaneously.
- 6.1.4 Manipulative Software
Using any software, artificial intelligence, ultra-high-speed trading, high-frequency trading, or mass data entry that could manipulate or abuse FundedBull's systems or services, or provide an unfair advantage, is prohibited.
- 6.1.5 Arbitrage Trading
Performing any form of arbitrage trading, including but not limited to triangular arbitrage, statistical arbitrage, latency arbitrage, market-making arbitrage, spatial arbitrage, pairs trading arbitrage, risk arbitrage, convertible arbitrage, volatility arbitrage, dividend arbitrage, tax arbitrage, or yield curve arbitrage, is prohibited.
- 6.1.6 Limit Orders During Low Liquidity
Employing strategies that guarantee the execution of limit orders during periods of low liquidity is prohibited, as such practices do not reflect actual market conditions and contravene realistic trading simulation standards.
- 6.1.7 Unauthorized Copy Trading
Engaging in copy trading, where trades mimic or replicate the trading activities of other traders or entities without prior authorization from FundedBull, is prohibited.
- 6.1.8 Third-Party Trading
The Customer, or any third party, is prohibited from executing trades on behalf of the Customer. The Customer must not allow any third party to access or trade on their FundedBull Account.
- 6.1.9 Account Management
Accessing any third-party FundedBull Account, trading on behalf of any third party, or conducting any account management services for others, whether professionally or otherwise, is prohibited.
- 6.1.10 Inconsistent Position Sizes
Opening positions with sizes that are noticeably larger or smaller than those of the Customer's other trades, either on the same account or another, is prohibited.
- 6.1.11 Gambling Behavior
When trading on both Challenge and Funded Accounts, traders are expected to adhere to sound risk management principles. This includes careful consideration of risks related to position sizing, trade duration, and hedging strategies. Although FundedBull does not impose a mandatory Stop Loss requirement or limit the size of trades, traders are expected to follow the 2% rule, which stipulates that no more than 2% of their account equity should be risked per trade. FundedBull strongly discourages traders from employing high-risk strategies such as going all-in, opening large positions with maximum leverage, or relying on significant price swings to meet profit targets. Adherence to these risk management principles is essential for maintaining the integrity and sustainability of trading accounts.
- 6.1.12 News Trading
While News Trading is permitted at FundedBull, traders are required to stay informed about market news and fundamental events due to their potential to cause high market volatility. However, trading is prohibited 5 minutes before and 5 minutes after news events. This restriction is implemented to address the significant differences in liquidity that may occur in the simulated trading environment compared to real market conditions during such periods.
- 6.1.13 Insider Trading
Insider Trading involves trading based on non-public, material information about a company or market. This practice is illegal and unethical, as it gives the trader an unfair advantage. FundedBull enforces a zero-tolerance policy towards insider trading.
- 6.1.14 Front Running
Front Running involves placing orders based on anticipated market movements before other traders can react. This practice can distort market prices and is strictly prohibited on the FundedBull platform.
- 6.1.15 Wash Trading
Wash Trading involves executing trades that cancel each other out to create artificial trading activity. This practice can manipulate market prices and volumes, leading to false impressions of market activity. FundedBull prohibits wash trading to ensure accurate market representation.
- 6.1.16 Market Manipulation
Market Manipulation involves any action designed to interfere with the free and fair operation of the market. This can include spreading false information, creating artificial demand or supply, and other deceptive practices. FundedBull maintains strict policies against market manipulation to protect the integrity of our trading environment.
- 6.1.17 Inactivity Period
If an account remains inactive, meaning no trades have been executed, for a period exceeding 15 consecutive days, FundedBull reserves the right to close the account due to inactivity. This policy applies to both Challenge and Funded Accounts. Upon closure, any remaining balance in the account may be forfeited, and the user will be notified of the account closure via email. It is the trader’s responsibility to maintain active trading within this period to avoid account closure.
- 6.1.1 Exploitation of Service Errors
- 6.2 Responsible Trading
Users must trade responsibly and not exploit the services by performing trades without applying market-standard risk management rules for trading on financial markets. This includes, among others:
- Opening substantially larger position sizes compared to your other trades.
- Opening substantially smaller or larger numbers of positions compared to your other trades.
- Purposely trading during high volatility news events to exploit market movements.
- 6.3 Compliance with FundedBull Policies
All traders must comply with FundedBull's policies and guidelines. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in account suspension or termination, forfeiture of profits, and potential legal action. FundedBull reserves the right to amend these prohibited practices as necessary to protect the integrity of our platform and ensure a fair trading environment. Traders will be notified of any changes to these rules.
- 6.4 Risk Assessment
FundedBull reserves the right to conduct periodic risk and compliance assessments of customer accounts to evaluate customer risk profiles, trading strategies, and behaviors. Users are required to participate in mandatory risk assessment interviews by providing us with answers to common questions about their trading strategies and behaviors.

- 7.3.1 Immediate Termination
- 7.4 Appeal Process
If you believe that your account has been suspended or terminated in error, you have the right to appeal the decision. To initiate an appeal, you must contact FundedBull's support team at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the suspension or termination notice. Your appeal should include:
